Postpartum Rescue Team
Helping Moms Heal, One Rescue at a Time
Bringing a new life into the world is beautiful — but for many mothers, the weeks and months after birth can be overwhelming. Selfish Moms: Postpartum Rescue is a community-based support program designed to help mothers experiencing postpartum challenges by surrounding them with care, compassion, and hands-on help.
Our Postpartum Rescue Team is made up of experienced mothers who step in to provide emotional support, home assistance, and relief during one of the most vulnerable times in a woman’s life. We believe no mother should face postpartum stress, depression, or exhaustion alone.

What We Provide
Each Postpartum Rescue includes:
In-home support from trained mothers
Meal prep and light household assistance
Emotional wellness check-ins and self-care planning
Infant care help to allow the mother to rest and recover
Resource connections to local therapists, lactation consultants, and maternal wellness programs
Every rescue is personalized to meet the mother’s emotional and physical needs — restoring balance, hope, and healing.
